杉木积成材竹片贴面工艺探讨

摘　　要：对杉木积成材进行了竹片贴面的初步试验,结果表明:杉木积成材进行竹片贴面切实可行;竹片贴面后的杉木积成材密度略高于基材;竹片与基材之间的胶合强度大于基材内部的胶合强度;贴面板的MOR和MOE高于基材;24h吸水厚度膨胀率TS明显低于基材。Preliminary experiment of China fir orient strand lumber with bamboo sheets overlaid was done. The results showed that bamboo sheets overlaying technology of China fir orient strand lumber is practical way; the density of China fir orient strand lumber with bamboo sheets is higher than do not; the bond strength of between bamboo sheets and basic board is bigger than that of the internal bond strength of basic board; the MOR and MOE of overlaying board is higher than basic board, and the 24h TS is obvious lower than basic board.
