摘　　要：教学平台是开展网络教学的必要技术支撑。以杭州电子工业学院网络教学平台设计开发的实践为基础,介绍了教学平台设计开发中应遵循的原则,提出了一个基于Web的教学平台的结构模型,并对平台应具有的功能和开发技术进行了研究和探讨。The web-based instructional platform is the key supporting element of E-learning. The paper is written on the basis of design and practice of web-based instructional platform of HZIEE. Starting from introduction of the principal of web-based instructional platform, the paper then presents its instructional model and further discusses its functions and techniques.
