摘　　要：介绍一种新颖教学用数字视频编解码系统,重点论述了系统构成、设计、功能和特点,以及程序设计方法和选题。系统具有单片机、可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)、帧存储和数字视频的编解码,适合综合实验教学、培训用,具有较高使用价值。This paper introduced a digital video encoder and decoder system for teaching and put the emphasis on the design issues, its special functions and the programming methods. This equipment can work with chipmicroprocessors, CPLD, field memory and digital video encoder and decoder. It can be used in experiments and training, and has a lot of valuable usages.
