摘　　要：产业集群是当今产业组织发展的重要特征之一,也是提升产业竞争力的重要方式。陕西"一线两带"建设的核心在于培育具有关中优势和特色的产业群。本文首先简介产业群理论并分析产业群的竞争优势,然后根据陕西关中地区产业发展的实际,提出实施产业群战略的政策建议。The industry group is one of the current industry structure progress characteristics, and is an important means of advancing industry competitive ability. The construction of Shaanxi provincial 'One-Line and Two-Belt'is focused on training characteristic industry groups with relying on the scientific and economic advantages in Guanzhong region.This paper firstly introduces the theory of industry groups, analyses competitive advantages of industry groups, in conclusion, and brings forward strategic policy advices considering the industry actuality of Shaanxi provincial Guanzhong region.
