摘　　要：讨论了基于RS 485总线的PC与智能仪表间的串行通信环境下,实现对变压器性能参数的测试,并介绍了具体软硬件实现。实践表明,该装置性能良好。This paper discusses the transformer parameter measuring apparatus based on the RS\|485 bus between PC and intellectual instrument and its application under the circumstances of serial communication. It also introduces the realization of both hardware and software. The performance is demonstrated by the application to a transformer parameter measuring apparatus.
