摘　　要：过度竞争也称为恶性竞争,它对我国产业的发展有着极其不利的影响,不仅阻碍了技术进步,而且也扰乱了市场秩序。消除过度竞争,实行有效竞合,是我国产业发展的迫切需要与必然选择。Excessive competition, also known as vicious competition, has an extremely unfavorable effect on the development of China's industries. It not only hinders the advance of technology, but also disturbs the market order. Therefore it is an urgent need and inevitable choice for China's industries to practice an effect competitive cooperation among themselves.
