山东旋花科植物花粉亚显微形态结构研究及其分类学意义

摘　　要：报道了山东产旋花科3属5种植物花粉的亚显微结构特征。花粉粒的外部形态呈球形或近长球形;表面纹饰为刺状或覆盖层网眼;具有散萌发孔或三孔沟;花粉粒的大小、外壁纹饰和萌发器的形态特征及分布数量在属、种间有明显差异。研究结果表明,旋花科植物花粉的形态结构特征支持传统的属和种级水平分类。The pollen morphology of 5 species in the Convolvulaceae from Shandong was examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result demonstrated that all of them are like balls or subprolate on the outside,and have spines and pantotrene on the surface in the Calystagin R.Br.and Quamoclit Mill;and have lumeu and 3-colporate of the Convolvulus L..The pollen grains on size;and outside morphology each plants pollen are of obvious difference.The results showed that the pollen morphology characteristic of Convolvulaceae is in support of genus and species class for classic taxonomic.
