复方癌立消抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘　　要：癌立消为验方 ,取长白山新鲜中药配制而成 ,实验用NIH小鼠移植Ehrlich癌造成实体瘤模型。随机分四组 ,对照组不给药 ,阳性对照组给环磷酰胺剂量 10 0mg kg、癌立消剂量为成人剂量 5倍 (2 6g kg)和 10倍 (5 2g kg)两组。结果表明 :癌立消有明显的抑瘤作用。 5倍成人剂量组抑瘤率为 4 3 9% - 5 0 4 % ,10倍成人剂量组为 5 3 3% -5 6 3% 。Ai_Li_Xiao is a proved recipe which obtained from ChangBai mountain, and fresh herbs. NIH mice injected Ehrlich carcinoma for solid tumor were used, and then 40 mice divided into 4 groups, (1) was control group, (2) positive group: cyclophosphamide was used, (3)Ai_Li_Xiao group l:dosage was 2.6g/kg (5 times of adult dose), (4)Ai_Li_Xiao group 2: dosage was 5.2g/kg (10 times of adult dose). The results showed that Ai_Li_Xiao had obviously inhibition effects of tumor, and the inhibitory rate of 2.6g/kg groups has 43.9%—50.4%, and the inhibitory rate in 5.2g/kg group was 53 3%—56 3%,and had a significant difference. The further study should be done in the future.
