四川猪血清Tf、Am、Am_2多态性及六种生化指标的分析研究

摘　　要：试验测定了四川地方猪种190头15—25Kg时血清Tf、Am、Am_2多态型及β—及前β—脂蛋白、清蛋白、α、β、γ—球蛋白、Tf等六种指标含量。获得了四川猪的Tf及Am、Am_2多态型及支配基因频率。对雅河猪及其杂交种的六种指标与胴体、肉质性状间相关性研究结果,提出β—及前β—脂蛋白可用于早期选择;清蛋白或α—球蛋白可作为提高肌肉品质的反向或正向选择指标。The phenotype polymorphisms of Tf, Am,Am_2 and the quantity traits of Tf,β-and pre β-lipoprotein, albumin, α-globin, β-globin and γ-globin were examined in the serum of Sichuan native pigs. The phenotype and gene frequences of Tf, Am,Am_2 of Sichuan native pigs were distiguished. By the study on correlations among the levels of six biochemical components in the serum with the carcass and meat qualities of three pig breeds (Landraee, yanan and L x ya F_1),the authors suggest that β-and pre β-lipoprotein might be used for early selection in swine breeding, and album—in or α-globin might also be used as a negative or positive seleotion index in the improvement of meat qualities.
