摘  要:采用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)方法描述模具型腔曲线,系统地分析了基于NURBS法的工件与模具动态接触过程的变化机制,并提出了相关算法。通过H型锻件成形的模拟,证实了相关算法的可行性。从而验证了NURBS法对提高塑性有限元软件的通用性和模拟精度有重要作用。Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) is used to describe the curves of die cavity in this paper, and the treatment of the dynamic contact boundary between a workpiece and its die is emphatically researched. Then a relative algorithm is developed. By simulating the forming of H-shaped forging, the feasibility of relative algorithm is verified. It is also proved that the versatility and reliability of NURBS method is better than those of algebraic description method for improving precision of numerical simulation.
