长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌30例观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效.[方法]30例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期乳腺癌(18例初治,12例复治),采用长春瑞滨25mg/m2静注第1,8天,顺铂35mg/m2静注,第1～3天,联合化疗.[结果]初治病人有效率72%(13/18),复治病人有效率50%(6/12),总有效率为63%,中位缓解期9个月,中位生存期'个月,主要副反应为骨髓抑制和静脉炎.采用深静脉给药可减轻静脉炎发生.[结论]长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效好,副反应可耐受,值得临床进一步观察.To investigate the effect o f Vinorelbine plus Cisplatin(NP)regimen for advanced breast cancer.Thirty cases with breast cancer stageⅢ～Ⅳwere treated with NP regimen(NVB25mg/m 2 iv d1,8,DDP was35mg/m 2 iv d1~3).Eighteen cases were primary treated,the others were previously trea ted.The response rate(RR)of primary treated group was72%(13/18),while t hat of previously treated group was50%(6/12).The overall RR was63%.The medium du ration of response and medium survival time were9months and17months,respectively .[Conclusions]NP regimen is effective in treating advameed breast cancer and gen erally well tolerated,further studies are required.
