摘　　要：目的 :研究视网膜下膜的手术切除方法。方法 :在内路玻切的基础上 ,切开视网膜取出视网膜下膜。结果 :在取出视网膜下膜 2 1例中 ,术后随访 1年 ,网脱复发 3例 ;在未取同下膜 2 9例中 ,视网膜脱离复发 6例 ,有显著差异。结论 :视网膜下膜取出对减少视网膜脱离复发有重要作用。Objective:Study on the surgeon of the subretinal membranes in the retina detachment.Methods:The cases were divided into two groups. The subretinal membranes exicision was used in the first group, but not in the second. Recall for one year.Results:In the retina detachment cases, the relapse ration has distinct difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The excision of the subretinal membranes is safe and effective. It can reduce the relapse of retina detachment.
