摘　　要：在分析图书馆事业经历两次危机的基础上 ,从核心竞争力的概念出发分析图书馆的核心竞争力构成要素 ,提出打造图书馆核心竞争力的一些方法和途径。Based on the analyses of two crises of library cause,the makeup factors of the core competence of the library has been analyzed according to the definition of core competence,some methods and pathways to construct the core competence of the library have also been discussed.
