摘　　要：本试验,拟定了用双硫腙-四氯化碳萃取光度法测定疫苗中汞的测定路线,该方法灵敏度、准确度高。This experiment intended to use dithizone-carbon tetrachloride spectrometry extraction methods to measure the content of the mercury in the vaccine,this method was highly sensitive and accurate.
