摘　　要：目的　研究短外弓在安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类高角错病例治疗中的作用。方法　选择到广西医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科治疗的病人 1 1例 ,均过生长发育高峰期 ,使用短外弓配合固定矫治器进行治疗 ,疗程 1 5个月 ,拍摄治疗前后头颅侧位片进行分析 ,并对治疗前后的变化进行配对t检验。结果　上颌骨长度和高度没有明显变化 ,下颌平面角FMA变化在Ⅰ°以内 ,上切牙和下颌磨牙伸长。Objective To study short arch extraoral traction efficiency in treatment of class Ⅱ,division Ⅰ high mandibular plane angle malocclusions.Methods 11 post spurt children in the orthodontic department of Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.Were treated in fix appliance combined with short arch extraoral traction for fifteen months.Pre and post treatment lateral headifilms from the patientswere analyzed.Results The sagittal and vertiacal maxilla skeletal pattern was not changed.Mandibular plane angle(FMA) was changed with in Ⅰ°.The vertical position of upper anterior and lower molar were elongated.Conclusions Fix appliance with short arch extraoral traction treatment in class Ⅱ,division Ⅰ high mandibular plane angle malocclusions is effective in vertical control.
