摘  要:为了解云南保山、新疆和湖北十堰烟区生产的香料烟(巴斯马和沙姆逊)与进口烟叶的异同,对国内这3大香料烟产区生产的香料烟上部叶与进口土耳其AG烟样的外观、燃吸品质、常规化学成分、酸性和中性香味成分进行了检测及对比、灰色关联度和物元分析。结果表明:①3个产区的香料烟样品与土耳其样品的外观质量基本接近,但烟叶光泽、叶片的大小亦存在明显差异;②3个产区的香料烟与土耳其烟样的常规化学成分差异明显,其中,土耳其烟样的烟碱、总氮和蛋白质含量最低,钾含量最高;③就中性致香物质(包括新植二烯)的总量而言,云南保山的烟样与土耳其的最接近,湖北十堰的次之,新疆的稍差。若不考虑新植二烯,应是湖北十堰的与土耳其烟样最接近,与灰色关联分析结果基本一致;④从酸性致香物质的总量看,云南保山的香料烟烟样与土耳其的最接近,特别是香料烟的特征香味物质异戊酸和β-甲基戊酸,云南保山烟样的含量比较高,说明该烟样的香料烟特征应较显著,这与评吸结果和灰色关联分析结果都比较一致。⑤从评吸结果看,云南保山和湖北十堰香料烟的吸味品质均与土耳其的比较接近,这与所测的39种香味物质含量的灰色关联度分析结果比较一致,但与物元分析结果不一致;⑥云南保山和新疆香料烟的品种相同,其外观、常规化学成分、中性和?In order to better understand the differences between foreign and domestic oriental tobaccos, the appearance, smoking quality, common chemical composition, and acidic and neutral flavor components of Turkish tobacco AG and domestic oriental tobaccos grown in three major tobacco areas (Yunnan, Xinjiang and Hubei) in China were tested, compared, and analyzed with grey incidence and matter element models. The results showed that 1) the differences in terms of brilliance and size between foreign and domestic oriental tobaccos were significant, while the appearance was similar on the whole; 2) the contents of common chemical compositions in the domestic tobaccos were obviously different from those in AG, the contents of nicotine, total nitrogen and protein in AG were the lowest, while the potassium in AG was the highest; 3) as for the total neutral aroma components (including neophytadiene) while compared with AG, the tobacco from Yunnan was the closest, followed by tobacco from Hubei and then Xinjiang. And if the neophytadiene was excluded, Hubei tobacco was the closest. This conclusion was mainly agreed with the grey incidence analysis; 4) as for the total acidic aroma components, Yunnan tobacco was most similar to AG, especially for isovaleric acid and β_methylvaleric acid, the characteristic aroma components in oriental (tobacco,)the higher level of these components in Yunnan tobacco implied that Yunnan tobacco supposedly had an obvious style of oriental tobacco, it was evidenced by sensory evaluation and grey incidence analysis; 5) as regards panel (results,) the smoking quality of Yunnan and Hubei tobaccos was closer to AG. This fact agreed with the grey analysis of 39 kinds of aroma components, but not coincided with the matter element analysis; 6) there were great differences in the brilliance, size, common chemical compositions, acidic and neutral flavor components and smoking quality between Yunnan and Xinjiang tobaccos although they were within the same cultivar.
