摘 要:研究了采用旋转阀式配气机构的发动机的工作过程,建立了气动发动机示功图的理论模型;该模型能够较好地预测进气做功过程中缸内压力的变化趋势.在不同的进气相位下进行实验,分析了动力损失的影响因素.结果表明,在相同的进气压力下,在上止点时刻进气,气动发动机的输出功率最大;随着进气时刻的推迟,发动机的动力性和经济性变差.The intake type of air-powered engine is one of the key technologies for its utility. In order to find a more effective intake type, the work process of air-powered engine using circumrotating valve was studied. A theory model of indicator diagram of work was made, which could forecast the changing trend of the pressure in cylinder in the course of intake and work. The influence of porting timing on the work process was studied by experiments, and the reasons for the power loss were discussed. For the same intake pressure, the air-powered engine can attain the maximum power output when the intake process begins at the top dead point. With the decrease of intake time, the power and economic performances degenerated.
