摘  要:研究荞麦花叶总黄酮 (TFB)对自由基诱导小鼠肝细胞脂质过氧化作用的影响。采用 (1)体内实验 :小鼠预先灌胃 (ig)TFB 0 15~ 0 6g/kg ,每日 1次 ,连续 10d后用乙醇 (AL)激发超氧阴离子自由基 (O- 2 ·) ,测丙二醛 (MDA)含量。 (2 )体外实验 :用硫酸亚铁 /半胱氨酸 (FeSO4 /Cys)激发小鼠肝细胞匀浆形成羟自由基 (·OH ) ,然后加入不同浓度的TFB ,测MDA含量。结果 :TFB在体内外均能明显抑制自由基所致的MDA的产生。The effect of the total flavonoids of buckwheat flowers and leaves on lipid peroxidation induced by free radicals in mice liver was studies. In the experiment in vivo, mice were given TFB 0.15-0.6g/kg, ig, once per day and for 10 days, then O 2· - was induced by alcohol and MDA content in liver cells was determined. In the experiment in vitro,·OH was induced by FeSO 4/Cys, then TFB in different concentrations were added to mice liver mitochondria and MDA content was determined. Results: TFB could obviously inhibit the production of MDA caused by free radicals. It is revealed that TFB posses the effect of antilipid peroxidation.
