变排量汽车空调压缩机控制阀的特性研究

摘  要:采用试验研究和模拟计算相结合的方法,对汽车空调变排量摇板式压缩机控制阀的稳态及动态特性进行了研究。建立了控制阀的数学模型,开发了控制阀试验装置,试验数据验证了控制阀数学模型的正确性。研究结果得出了当排气压力恒定时,阀杆位移同吸气压力、摇板箱压力以及控制阀流量的稳态特性关系。动态特性研究表明,摇板箱压力对排气压力和吸气压力的阶跃变化的过渡过程可以忽略不计,在研究变排量压缩机汽车空调系统动态特性时,控制阀以及变排量压缩机可以选用稳态模型。The static and dynamic characteristics of the control valve in variable displacement wobble plate compressor for automotive air conditioner have been studied both by experimental investigation and theoretical analysis in this paper. The mathematical model and test bench of control valve have been introduced and the modeling results and test data show very good agreement.When the discharge pressure keeps constant,the relationship between displacement of valve rod and suction pressure,wobble plate case pressure,flow rate through control valve have been obtained. From the dynamic behavior,it can been found that the response of wobble plate case pressure to the step change of suction pressure or discharge pressure is fast enough that the transition of control valve and variable displacement compressor can be neglected when to study the dynamic behavior of automotive air conditioning system with a variable displacement compressor.
