球旁注射高三尖杉酯碱防治增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　了解球旁注射高三尖杉酯碱对实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的防治效果。方法　兔眼球扁平部切开 8mm ,玻璃体腔内注射自体全血 0 2ml,制作实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变模型 ,治疗组每日 1次球旁注射 1mg/ml高三尖杉酯碱注射液 0 5ml,共 7天 ,对照组注射 0 5ml生理盐水。结果　 6周后对照组 2 5只兔眼中 2 3只眼 ( 92 % )出现PVR及牵引性视网膜脱离 ,其中 15只眼出现漏斗状全脱离。治疗组 2 8只眼有 11只眼 ( 3 9 3 % )出现PVR及牵引性视网膜脱离 ,其中 2只眼出现漏斗状全脱离。两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。OBJECTIVES To assess therapeutic effect of peribulbar homoharringtonine(HHT)injection on experimental proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) METHODS An experimental model of PVR was induced in rabbits by intravitreous injection of 0 2ml of autologous blood through an 8mm incision at pars plana The rabbits were treated with peribulbar HHT 0 5ml (1mg/ml) injection in the treated group, and NS 0 5ml was injected in the control group once a day for 1 week RESULTS At 6 weeks, PVR occurred in 92% (23 of 25) of the eyes of the control group and traction retinal detachment occurred in 15 eyes of them PVR was 39 3% (11 of 28)and 2 eyes of retinal detachment in the treated group with HHT There was a significant difference between two groups CONCLUSIONS Peribubar HHT injection could decrease the incidence of the traction retinal detachment by PVR in experimental rabbit model
