摘  要:对无土栽培的马铃薯脱毒苗扦插植株进行剪头再扦插可以增加脱毒苗繁殖系数,降低生产成本。但剪头导致了光合面积的减少,使剪头后脱毒苗植株所结微型薯的产量降低。实验采用4种处理水平的KH2PO4,对剪头后的马铃薯脱毒苗植株进行了追施KH2PO4试验,结果表明,追施KH2PO4不但能弥补剪头所造成的减产影响,还表现出了显著的增产效果,其中以90.00 kg/hm2的施肥量增产效果最明显,微型薯产量较CK增加36 %。Terminal bud cutting and recuttage which is used on virus free cuttaged potatoes seedlings under soilless culture can improve the propagation rate of virus free seedling, and the production cost can be declined simultaneously. But for terminal bud cutting seedlings , photosynthetic area is reduced, it leads to the yield decrease of minituper. KH2PO4 top application at 4 rates is carried out to research the relationship between fertilizer application and yield of minituper. It indicates that KH2PO4 top application not only supplements the yield decrease caused by teminal bud cutling, but also enhances the yield compared to the control. Application at the rate of 90.00kg/hm2, KH2PO4 promoted the minituper yield by 36% compared with the control, and it is the most effective rate of KH2PO4 top application.
