格林-巴利综合征合并植物神经功能障碍治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:了解格林鄄巴利综合征患儿植物神经功能障碍的临床特点。方法:总结40例格林鄄巴利综合征患儿其中合并植物神经功能障碍21例的临床表现。结果:植物神经功能障碍发生率52.5%,79%发生于急性进展期,重型、极重型共11例,占53%,心电图异常占47.7%,合并有高血压5例中4例呼吸衰竭、3例死亡,本组病死率23.3%。结论:格林鄄巴利综合征患儿合并植物神经功能障碍临床多见,且大多病情重、预后差。Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of vegetative nervous disturbance in Guillain-Barre syndrome. Methods: The clinical manifestation of 21 cases of vegetative nervous disturbance in 40' Guillain-Barre syndromes were expressed. Result: The incidence rate of vegetative nervous disturbance in 40 cases was 52.5%; 79% occurred in acute progressive stage,. There were 5 cases of hypertension in 40 cases, in which there were 4 cases of respiratory failure, 3cases of death. The mortality was 23.3%. Conclusions: The cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome goes more commonly with vegetative nervous disturbance, making patient's conditions more serious and dangerious.
