胃癌组织中E-钙粘蛋白及β、γ-连接素表达的临床病理学相关因素

摘　　要：目的 研究胃镜活检胃癌组织中E-钙粘蛋白与β-连接素、γ-连接素的表达及与临床病理学之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测90例胃镜活检胃癌组织E-cad和β-cat、γ-cat的表达水平,并进行相关的临床病理学因素分析。结果 在胃癌病例胃镜活检组织中E-cad和β-cat、γ-cat表达率分别为38.9％,43.3％和35.6％,总的异常表达率为91.1％。与胃癌分化程度显著相关。结论 胃镜活检组织钙粘蛋白及连接素的检测能反映出胃癌的生物学行为,为临床治疗提供有意义的参考指标。Objective To examine the expression of E-cadherin and β,γ-catenin in gasttoscopic biopsies of gastric carcinoma, and its correlation with their clinicapathologic findings. Methods Gastroscopic biopsies of 90 gastric carcinoma cases who underwent surgical treat- ment after gastroscopic examination were investigated of E-cadherin and β, γ-catenin expression immunohistochemically. Results The abnormal expression of E-cadherin and @,@-catenin are38.9%,43.3%,35.6% respecteiy. The abnormal expression of at least one indicator of the three was 91.9% in all. The reduced expression or negative expression was associated with carcinomal differentiation of gastric carci-nomar. Conclusion we can preoperatively evalutate the biological characteristics by exam the expression of E-cadherin and β,γ-catenin in gastroscopic biopsies of gastric carcinoma.
