HLFP方案治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察HLFP方案和LFP方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法　治疗组 40例采用HLFP方案 ,对照组 40例采用LFP方案。以上方案每 2 8天为一周期 ,至少完成二周期。结果　治疗组有效率 67 5 % ,对照组有效率为 45 0 %。有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　HLFP方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效较好 ,毒副反应可耐受 ,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and toxicity of HLFP regimen in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 80 cases of advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with HLFP regimen(HCPT 6 mg/m 2,CF 100 mg/m 2,DDP 20 mg/m 2,5-Fu 375 mg/m 2,iv gtt/d 1～5 ) and the control group was treated with LFP regimen.The cycle was 28 days.The effect was evaluated after 2 cycles.Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 67.5% while the control group was 45.0%.There was a significant difference (P<0.05).The main toxicity was nausea,vomiting and leukopenia with no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions Advanced esophageal cancer patients treated by HLFP regimen showed a better therapeutic effect and toxic side effects are tolerant,which is worthy of further clinical trial.
