中医验方结合康宁克通-A治疗重型阿弗他溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探索一种明显缩短病程、有效控制重型阿弗他溃疡病情发展的新疗法。方法　运用中医验方结合溃疡基底注射康宁克通 A混悬液治疗重型阿弗他溃疡。采用SAS统计软件包 ( 6 12版 )分析两组与未用药时的发作期、发病间期差异以及两组的显著有效率差异。结果　中西结合治疗组发作期缩短、发病间期延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ;中西结合治疗组的显著有效率高于西药治疗组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　中医验方与康宁克通 A配合使用疗效显著而毒副作用小 。Objective To serch for a kind of new therapeutics the on treatment of MJAU,which can shorten the course of this disease and control its development condition effectively.Methods Using traditional prescription plus injecting kenacort A on base of ulcer,adopting SAS statistical package to analyze the differences of onset and interval period between the the combined group and western group,the significant effective rate between the combined group and western medicine group was analyzed as well.Results The onset period of the cornbined group was shortened and the interval period was prolonged(P<0.05).The significant effective rate of the combined group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using traditional prescription combined with kenacort A was better and the side effect was less.This new method can be used as a routine therapentic method for MJAU.
