鼻咽脱落细胞端粒酶活性的检测在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨检测鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值。方法:采用PCR-TRAP方法检测60例鼻咽癌组织及其鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性。结果:60例经病理确诊的鼻咽癌组织有51例端粒酶阳性,其脱落细胞有49例端粒酶阳性,阳性率分别分别为85%(51/60)和82%(49/60),二者比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。鼻咽癌组织及其脱落细胞端粒酶活性的阳性率与鼻咽癌的临床分期无关。鼻咽脱落细胞的端粒酶活性检测结果与脱落细胞学检查结果比较表明,60例鼻咽癌患者其脱落细胞学检查只有5例阳性,而端粒酶活性检测有49例呈阳性,而且脱落细胞学阳性者的端粒酶活性检测均为阳性。结论:采用PCR-TRAP方法可以检测鼻咽癌脱落细胞标本中的端粒酶活性,鼻咽部脱落细胞端粒酶活性的检测在鼻咽癌诊断中有重要的辅助价值。objective:To investigate the detection of telomerease activity in exfoliated cells of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its related clinical diagnostic implication in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients. Methods: Telomeres activity was detected by TRAP(telomeric repeat amplification protocal) in 60 cases of NPC patients. Results: Telomeres activity were detected in 51 of 60(85%)malignant tumor tissues and 49 of 60(82% )exfoliated cell specimens, there was no relationship between the positive rates of telomerease activity of them(P> 0.05). Comparision of telomeres assay with cytologic examination showed that in 60 cases of NPC patients who underwent cytologic examination, cancer cells were found only in 5 cases(8.3%),whereas the positive rates of telomerease activity in exfoliated cell specimens was 82% (49/60) . Conclusion:telomerease activity in exfoliated cell specimens of NPC patients can be detected with TRAP assay, and the de-tection of activation of telomeres may be helpful to the diagnosis of NPC.
