摘  要:以嫁接茶树 (龙井 4 3/鸠坑 ,水仙 /鸠坑 )及其接穗和砧木品种 (龙井 4 3,水仙 ,鸠坑 )为材料 ,测定了茶树冬季的光合日变化。冬季嫁接茶树的光合特性日变化测定表明 ,嫁接茶树的净光合速率 (Pn)有向砧木鸠坑靠拢的表现。各处理在整个测量时段内 ,气孔导度 (Gs)都很小 ,气孔基本处于关闭或微张开状态。在光照不强、温度较低的冬季 ,中午 Pn值也降低 ,仍表现有“午休”的特性。Taking the grafted tea plants LongJing43/JiuKeng, ShuiXian/JiuKeng(scion/stock) and the varieties-LongJing43, ShuiXian, JiuKeng as materials, diurnal variance of photosynthesis in winter has been measured. In winter season, the Pn of the grafted tea plants is close to that of the stock variety. During the whole measuring period, the value of stomatal conductance (Gs) maintains low and on the whole, stomata is in a state of shutting up or slightly open. In addition, under the environmental condition of no intense illumination and high temperature, the phenomenon of midday decline of Pn is still observed, and which is similar to 'midday depression'.
