摘　　要：目的　探讨皮下植入式化疗泵在作胃肠肿瘤局部化疗时的并发症及预防措施。方法　对 1996年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 6月收治的 3 56例胃肠道肿瘤病人共植入化疗泵 53 2个 ,包括动脉泵 40 4个 ,静脉泵 12 8个。其中植入 1个泵 2 50例 ,2个泵 10 5例 ,3个泵 2 4例。植泵后观察化疗泵作局部化疗时的并发症及防治情况。结果　3 56例病人中出现各种并发症 62例 ,发生率为 17.4%。其中早期 2 5例 ,包括皮下积液、局部感染等。后期 3 7例 ,包括导管不畅、导管堵塞等。结论　皮下植入式化疗泵的并发症多因操作使用不当引起。随着经验的增加 。Objective To evaluate the complication of subcutaneous pla cement of chemotherapy pump in treatment of the gastrointestinal cancer and its preventio n. Methods From January 1996 to June 2001,532 chemother apy pumps inc luding 404 arterial pumps and 128 venous pumps were implanted in 356 patients wi th gastrointestinal cancer. One pump was implanted in 250 cases, 2 pumps were implanted in each of 105 cases, 3 pumps were implanted in each of 24 cases. The complication and its prevention were observed. R esults Sixty two patients developed complication among 356 patients ,the incidence being 17.4 %.In 62 cases, 25 cases were in early stage, which included hydrops of pump pock et , local infection ,etc; 37 cases were in advance stage, which included injec tion difficulty, catheter occlusion, etc.Conclusion Complication of subcutaneou s placement of chemotherapy pump often results from improper operation. Experien ce can reduce the complication.
