摘  要:在一定温度下,采用NiC2O4·2H2O和NaOH进行固相反应,制备出纳米级β Ni(OH)2粉末。样品按一定比例掺杂Al(OH)3和Co(OH)2制备复合电极,详细讨论Al(OH)3和Co(OH)2含量对掺杂复合电极电化学性能的影响。同时,利用XRD法研究了复合电极充放电前后的结构形态变化。结果表明,β Ni(OH)2纳米粉体加入含量5%的Al(OH)3、10%的Co(OH)2和10%的镍粉,并以泡沫镍为集流体在10MPa压力下压制出镍正极材料,其掺杂粉体的振实密度大于1.35g/cm3,结构稳定,开路电位达0.768V,电极以25mA/cm2电流充电,以4mA/cm2放电,终止电位为0.2V(相对于HgO/Hg电极)时,放电时间高于8.67h,电极放电电位平稳,容量较大,活性明显增强。NiC_2O_4·2 H_2O was used to react with NaOH in the solid reaction to get nano β-Ni(OH)_2. Then adulterated electrodes were manufactured by adding certain content of Co(OH)_2, Al(OH)_3 and Ni powder. And the effect of the adulterating content of Co(OH)_2, Al(OH)_3 on the electrochemical performances was discussed. XRD pattern was used to analyze the structure and performance of the charged and discharged electrodes. The results show that when the content of Co(OH)_2 and Ni powder are 10% and Al(OH)_3 is 5%, the electrochemical performances of the electrode is better than without adding Co(OH)_2 or Al(OH)_3. The vibrated density of the adulterated sample is more than 1.35 g/cm^3. When the charged current is 25 mA/cm^2, the discharged current is 4 mA/cm^2, and the end potential is 0.2 V (vs. HgO/Hg), the open potential is 0.768 V, the discharged time is larger than (8.67 h).
