摘　　要：传统的系统需求分析方法有数据流图法等,但对于基于工作流的系统如办公自动化系统并不适合。运用工作流图法,以系统中流转的文书为主线,对办公自动化系统进行需求分析,明确了系统需求,并给出了系统的功能模块设计,应用于忻州地区税务稽查系统的OA模块设计中,开发出相关的应用软件,为办公自动化系统提供了一种新的实施方法。Traditional system demand analyzing methods, which include the data flow diagram and others, aren't suitable to the system based on the workflow such as OA system. The workflow diagram is used to make demand analysis for OA system taking the circulation of documents in the system as the main line, which clarifies the demands of the system, and gives the functional module design of the system. The workflow diagram is used to design OA module of tax inspection system of Xinzhou Prefection and develop relevent application software, providing a new practical method for OA system.
