白血病血清乳酸脱氢酶测定的临床意义

摘　　要：对40例小儿白血病和23例非白血病病人进行血清乳酸脱氢酶(简称LDH)总活力对照,并对1 4例白血病进行治疗前后LDH 活力的动态观察。结果表明:白血病LDH 活力明显高于非白血病;急淋LDH 活力在升高阳性率和程度上均高于急非淋;LDH 活力重度升高与外周血白细胞计数有关;活力下降与病情缓解有关。因此,LDH 活力检测可作为诊断白血病类型和判断疗效的一个辅助指标。The serum lactatedenydrogennase(LDH)were determined in 40 children with leukemia and 23children with other blood disease.The varieties of LDH activities in 14 leukemia were observed,at pre—and—post treatment respectively.The results show that:(1)The levels of LDH much higher in le-ukemia than those in no—leukemia;(2)comparing with ANLL,the positive rates of high LDH activ-ity and the lever of that are significantly increased in ALL;(3)The significanly increase of LDH acti-vity is related to leukemia count;(4)The decrese of LDH activity is related to the remission of the di-sease.It suggests that serum LDH activity in leukemia is likely to be a helpful indicator of diagnosisand prognosis.
