自体骨髓移植治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病(附8例报告)

摘　　要：8例急非淋中,5例在首次缓解期,2例在第2次缓解期,1例在第2次复发早期行自体骨髓移植。其中,6例在自体骨髓移植后继续完全缓解11～35个月,2例分别在移植后3月和12月复发死亡。1例在回输骨髓后第10天并发绿脓杆菌感染,经用抗生素等治愈。Eight cases of acute non—lymphocytic leukemia were treated with autologous bone marrow tr-ansplantation(ABMT).Prior to the treatment,five patients were in first remission,two in secondremission,another one in the early stage of second relapse.After ABMT,six patients have attainedcomplete remission and lasted 11 to 35 months,two patients died of second relapse three months andtwelve months after ABMT,respectively.Only one of the eight patients developed gram—negativebacterial infection(pseudomonas aeruginosa)10 days after autologous bone marrow infusion and wassubsequently cured by active antibiotic treatment.
