小儿急性白血病长期存活因素探讨(附27例分析)

摘　　要：分析我院1980～1985年间27例存活5年以上的急性白血病患儿的自身状况、疾病内在特征及医疗策略等,探讨其长期生存的影响因素。The amino acid Content in Plasma and that in lymphocytes both in Peripheral blood(PB cell)andin bone marrow(BM cells)in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(An)were measured.Co-mparied with nomal subjects,Phe,Try,Trp and Lys in Plasma of the fasting subjects were significan-tly increased and levels of Asp,Asg and Gln in pleasma were significantly depressed.Some amino acidcontent in plasma of patients varied during dffferented clinical stages and in different Prognosticgroups.Difference was observed between amino acid concentration in PB cells in patients and in the co-ntrols.In the former Asp concentration was higher but Phe,Arg lower than that in the latter.Thelevels of Asp,Phe and Arg were also different between that in PB cells and BM cells in the patients.The report indicates that abnormal metabolism in amino acids occurs in patients with ALI.
