摘  要:目的:观察4-羟苯维胺脂(4-HPR)联合阿霉素对人源性膀胱移行细胞癌细胞株T24的生长抑制和凋亡诱导作用,探讨两者是否存在协同作用。方法:采用MTT法评价4-HPR、阿霉素对T24细胞毒作用,应用流式细胞仪检测4-HPR、阿霉素或两者联合应用时对T24细胞生长抑制率。结果:4-HPR具有诱导T24细胞凋亡的作用,4-HPR与阿霉素联合用药有明显生长抑制和凋亡诱导的协同作用。结论:4-HPR对T24细胞的凋亡作用存在浓度和时间依赖性,与阿霉素联合用药能缩短抑瘤效果的作用时间,减少阿霉素的用量。Objective:To explore the synergism of 4-HPR and adriamycin on the inhibiting growth and inducing apoptosis of human urinary bladder cancer cell li ne(T24). Methods: T24 cell line was cultured in vitro with different concentrati ons of 4-HPR and ADM for various duration. The effects of cellular toxicity wer e evaluated by the method of MTT. Flow cytomerty was used to determine the inhib ition of cellular growth. Results: 4-HPR could induce cellular apoptosis and th ere was a combination of 4-HPR and ADM had a synergism both of 4-HPR and ADM o n the of T24 cell line. Conclusion: The apoptosis was induced by 4-HPR in a dos e-and time-dependant fashion. The combination of ADM and 4-HPR may have stron ger inhibition than alone, and it can shorten the time of going into effects and reduce the dosage of ADM.
