摘　　要：信息经济是信息革命的产物 ,它以信息技术为物质基础 ,由信息产业起主导作用 ,靠信息、知识和智力来发展 ;信息经济与知识经济在总体上是一致的 ,但也不能忽视两者在层次上的差异。 2 1世纪是知识经济占主导地位的世纪 ,我国必须采取与发展工业经济不同的非常战略。Information economy is the outcome of information revolution,it is based on information technology.Information property plays the main role,and develops through information,knowledge and the intelligence.Information economy is always going hand in hand with knowledge economy.But you can not neglect their differences on different layers.21century is the one in which knowledge economy plays the main role.Our notion should adopt special strategy which is different frow the development of industry economy.
