摘　　要：n 3脂肪酸属必需脂肪酸 ,包括α 亚麻酸、二十碳五烯酸 (EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸 (DHA)。大量研究证实 ,n 3脂肪酸能抑制多种肿瘤细胞生长 ,预防肿瘤的发生。作者就n 3脂肪酸防治肿瘤的作用、机制及应用作一综述。n 3 fatty acids belong to essential fatty acids. It includes linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid ( EPA ) and docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA ). Many researches proved that n 3 fatty acids can suppress many kinds of tumor cells, and defense the occurrence of tumor. This article reviewed the effects and mechanism of n 3 fatty acids in defension and suppression of tumor.
