前列腺癌患者血清RNA酶活性及意义

摘　　要：目的 测定正常对照、前列腺增生症 (Benignprostatichyperplasia,BPH)患者、前列腺癌患者血清核糖核酸酶 (Ribonuclease,RNA酶 )活性 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 以纯酵母RNA为底物的生化反应测定血清RNA酶活性。结果 正常对照组、BPH组血清RNA酶活性分别为 (0.0625±0.0120)、(0.0638±0.0182) ,2组无显著性差异 (P>0.05)。前列腺癌患者组血清RNA酶活性为 (0.1171±0.0252) ,显著高于前2组 (P<0.05)。 结论Objective To explore Ribonuclease(RNase)activity in serumand its clinical significance of patients with Benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH),and those with prostate carcinoma and the control group. Methods Serum RNase was detected by biochemical reaction with pure yeast RNA as substrate. Results The mean serum RNase level in control group and BPH group were0.0625±0.0120,0.0638±0.0182.The difference was not sig-nificant between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean serum RNase level in prostate carcimoma group was0.1171±0.0252,it was obviously higher than those of the former two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum RNase level is helpful for clinical study on prostate carcinoma.
