摘　　要：本文从图书馆建设的实际需要出发,较系统地阐述了图书馆平面设计方案的招标及实施过程,从新的角度探讨了做好图书馆平面设计方案的新途径,即依靠社会力量做好图书馆的平面设计工作。According to practical need of library building, the paper states, systematically, the Inviting bids and its implement process of library surface layout scheme and probes into a new approach to how to do well the library surface layout scheme from a new view, that is, how to do it by social function.
