摘　　要：目的　探讨结直肠癌患者手术前后血清中可溶性P -selectin和IL - 8含量的变化及其临床意义。方法　用ELISA法和RIA法分别测定结直肠癌患者手术前 ,手术后及复发病人血清sP -selectin和IL - 8的含量 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果　结直肠癌患者血清sP -selectin和IL - 8的含量明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ,术后 3个月下降至接近正常人水平 ,而复发患者则再次升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　血清sP -selectin和IL - 8的含量与结直肠癌的发生 ,发展及预后密切相关。Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of sP-selectin and IL-8 in patients with colorectal carcinoma before and after operation.Methods:ELISA and RIA methods were used to examine the levels of sP-selectin and IL-8 respectively before operation, after operation and after relapse.Results:The levels of sP-selectin and IL-8 in patients with colorectal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01), decreased and approached to those in control group 3 months after operation,and increased again when colorectal carcinoma relapsed (P<0.01).Conclusions:The levels of sP-selectin and IL-8 in patients with colorectal carcinoma were relative to the development and relapse of colorectal carcinoma.
