摘　　要：解放区公办、民办中小学在办学体制上相同点是坚持教育为人民大众服务的根本方向,坚持教育与生产实践相结合,坚持依法管理;其不同点在于办学经费上自主权有所不同,民办学校在于以村为单位,政府担当公助责任。In the Liberated Area,the state and private primary & secondary schools share some similarities in running their schools,which include that they all adhere to the fundamental direction that education serves all people,to the combination of education with production and to management according to law.However,they are different in some other aspects,for example,each has its own decisionmaking power in terms of funds.Besides,the private schools,subsidized by government funds,are run in villages.Therefore,we are still greatly enlightened by the development of the primary and secondary schools in the liberated area.
