异源四倍体鲫鲤及其原始亲本的蛋白质研究

摘　　要：用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶垂直平板电泳技术,对异源四倍体鲫鲤及其原始亲本红鲫和野鲤的血清蛋白、血红蛋白和肌肉蛋白进行了比较研究.结果表明,异源四倍体鲫鲤的蛋白质表型主要为原始双亲红鲫和野鲤的共同表达.这3种蛋白质都可以作为异源四倍体鲫鲤的分子遗传标记.Using vertical polyacrylamide gradient gel electrophoresis technique, the expression of three proteins (Hb, SP, MP) among allotetraploid crucian-carp, common carp and red crucian carp were studied. The results revealed that there were 3 expression modes of their original parents alleles in allotetraploid crucian-carp and simultaneous expression of both original parents alleles was the principal model. It was demonstrated that three proteins could be the molecular genetic markers of allotetraploid crucian-carp.
