麻花形探针的制作及其在泪小管吻合术中的应用

摘　　要：用齿科直径0.5mm的不锈钢丝制成麻花形探针,并用其行泪小管吻合术6例。其制作方便,既有硬度又有弹性,头端圆钝,术中沿泪管管壁走行,不易形成假道,并能将丝线导入泪小管内,是泪小管吻合术中寻找鼻侧断端并导入留置物的新方法。We made a twist probe using a piece of stainless steel wire of 0.5mm which has a in diameter. With this probe we performed anastomosis of the cut lacrimal eanaliculus on 6 patients. The probe has good hardness and elasticity. It's smooth and blunt head can pass through the canliculus along the lumen, so that the false duet can be avoided. We used it to find the cutend on the nasal side and conducted silk thread into the lacrimal canaliculus. It is a new instrument in anastomosis of the cut lacrimal eanaliculus.
