摘　　要：运用云计算和大数据在网络平台上以物流预期和物流效果差异完善政府和市场协作、健全食品安全体系的创新实践具有重要现实价值。为达到在正向演进机制中降低食品安全发生率,在反向反馈机制中快速定位问题源,农产品云物流完善食品安全体系的工程建设需要明确市场的主导地位,在电子商务环境下,农产品云物流推进中的市场失灵需要政府干预,这是市场经济体系中市场和政府应对经济问题的正确定位。It is of great practical significance to perfect the cooperation between governments and markets so as to strengthen the innovative practice of food safety system.This can be achieved through logistics expectation and effectiveness by using cloud calculating and big data on a web platform.In order to reduce events involving food safety in positive evolution mechanism and swiftly locate the problem source in reverse feedback mechanism,the leading position of markets should be clarified in the engineering construction of food safety system perfected through cloud logistics of agricultural products.In e-business,the market failure in the promotion of cloud logistics of agricultural products should be intervened by governments.This is a right localization of economic problems by markets and governments in market economic system.
