摘  要:本研究随机选择了六种市场出售的瓶装蜂蜜 ,对它们的还原糖含量、蔗糖含量、费氏反应、酸度和淀粉酶值进行了测定 ,并根据蜂蜜的国家标准 ,对此六种瓶装蜂蜜进行分析和讨论 。The experiments were conducted with six kinds of honey in bottle on sale in market, which were chosen at random.Reducing Sucrose?Fehling's reaction?Acidity and Diastase have been studied.According to the national standard of honey ,The analysis and discussion of the six bottles of honey have been provided,So that the customer can synthetically honey with the help of the study.
