槐耳颗粒在乳腺癌综合治疗中的作用及机制

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析槐耳颗粒在乳腺癌综合治疗中的作用及机制,为临床上乳腺癌的治疗提供有效方法。方法:2009年9月-2014年9月收治乳腺癌患者80例,均为手术治疗后药物治疗患者。并随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采取紫杉醇联合吡喃阿霉素治疗,研究组在此基础上同步及化疗后均加槐耳颗粒治疗。1年后,观察患者的癌症复发率、远处转移率、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组癌症复发率、远处转移率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应跟对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:槐耳颗粒在乳腺癌综合治疗中的作用显著,和其他药物联合应用,及化疗后继续服用,可有效降低癌症复发率、远处转移率,提高其生存质量,且不会增加不良反应,安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Huai Er Granule in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,to provide an effective method for the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:80 patients with breast cancer were selected from September 2009 to September 2014.They were given the drugs treatment after surgical treatment.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with paclitaxel combined with pirarubicin.The study group were treated with Huai Er Granule on the basis of those.1 years later,we observed the cancer recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate and the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:In the study group,cancer recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the study group,compared with the control group,the adverse reaction was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huai Er Granule in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer was significant, and in combination with other drugs,after chemotherapy and continue to take,it can effectively reduce the cancer recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate,improve their quality of life,and it will not increase the adverse reaction.The security is high,and it is worth promoting.
