早期乳腺癌术后背阔肌肌瓣联合即刻假体植入乳房重建的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期乳腺癌行改良根治术后,取背阔肌部分肌瓣转移联合硅胶假体一期植入即时乳房重建的可行性、治疗效果、安全性和术后美容效果。方法:2013年4月-2013年8月收治早期乳腺癌患者20例,均行乳腺癌改良根治术,带状背阔肌肌瓣转移联合硅胶假体植入胸大、小肌之间行乳房再造。结果:20例患者均接受辅助化疗,随访期间均未发现局部复发或远处转移,再造乳房外形、质地满意。术后美容效果评价优16例(80%),良3例(15%),一般1例(5%)。结论:早期乳腺癌术后背阔肌肌瓣联合即刻假体植入乳房重建时间短、操作简便、效果良好,患者满意,是安全可靠值得推广的手术方法。Objective:To explore the feasibility,therapeutic effect,safety and postoperative cosmetic effect of latissimus dorsi muscle flap combined with immediate prosthesis implanted for breast reconstruction postoperative early breast cancer.Methods:20patients with early breast cancer from April 2013 to August 2013 were treated with breast cancer modified radical mastectomy and the latissimus dorsi muscle flap transfer combined with immediate silicone prosthesis implanted between pectoris major and minor for breast reconstruction.Results:20 patients received adjuvant chemotherapy and there was no local recurrence or distant metastasis during the follow-up period,and the patients were satisfied with the appearance and texture of the reconstructive breast.16 cases(80%) was optimal,3 cases(15%) was good,1 case(5%) was common in postoperative cosmetic effect evaluation.Conclusion:Latissimus dorsi muscle flap combined with immediate prosthesis implanted for breast reconstruction postoperative early breast cancer had short time,simple operation,good effect and patient satisfaction,which was safe and reliable operation and worthy of popularizing.
