摘　　要：分析了高校体育在素质教育中的地位和作用 ,提出了多途径构建高校体育的实施方法 ,以及注重加强和提高体育教师的专业水平和文化素养等。By analysing the function and role of quality education in P.E.of universities,the author believes that P.E. of university can promote the students'physical quality overall,strengthen the students'psychological quality,and enhance the students' ethies and aesthetics comprehension.Meanwhile,it is very necessary for P.E. of university to carry out the quality education with some measures.The author thinks that by strengthening and promoting the professional level of P.E. teachers,we can improve the measures to bulid up the quality education of P.E. of university in many ways.
