摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一 ,其发病率近年不断上升。针对其发病与雌激素对子宫内膜的长期持续刺激有关 ,近年来孕激素治疗、抗雌激素治疗等受到越来越多的关注和研究 ,临床应用也取得了较大进展。该文就子宫内膜癌激素治疗的作用机制及疗效做一综述。Carcinoma of endometrium is one of the most common malignant tumors seen in department of gynecology with an increasing incidence in recent years. As the long term continuous stimulation of estrogen to the endometrium is associated with the occurrence of the disease, in recent years, progesterone therapy, anti estrogen therapy and so on have been increasingly concerned and studied, and great development have achieved in their clinical applications as well. In this article, we summarized the mechanism of action and curative effect of hormonotherapy for carcinoma of endometrium.
