摘  要:目的:观察实验性近视中悬韧带超微结构的改变。方法:应用睑裂缝合法制备豚鼠的实验性近视模型,电镜观察悬韧带结构的改变。结果:睑裂缝合眼与对照眼眼轴长度和屈光度都有明显差异(P<0.01)。在实验性近视中,睫状体非色素上皮表面的细小悬韧带纤维的数量明显减少,悬韧带本体中微纤维排列稀疏,同时深入晶状体囊膜悬韧带微纤维明显减少。结论:在近视眼的病理改变中也伴随着悬韧带结构的改变。Objective:To observe the lens zonule infrastructure changes in experimental myopia. Methods; The eye lids were sutured to induce the myopia in guinea pigs and the zonule ultrastructure changes were observed. Results: There were significant differences in the eye axial length and diopter between lid-sutured eyes and controls(P<0. 01). In experimental myopia, the number of tiny fibrils on the surface of non-pigmented epithelium was decreased. The microfibrils in the zonule became sparse and the microfibrils deep in the capsule became less in myopic eyes. Conclusion; Pathological process of myopia is often accompanied with the zonule ultrastructure alternations.
