摘 要:目的 研究星形细胞瘤瘤内CT征象与微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)间的关系。探讨CT评估星形细胞瘤新生微血管的作用。方法 运用SP免疫组化法,检测52例术后经病理证实的星形细胞瘤MVD。分析瘤内CT征象与MVD间的关系。结果 MVD与病理分级相关。混杂密度及高密度组的MVD显著高于低密度组(P<0.01)。坏死明显组的MVD比坏死不明显组高,二者间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。钙化组的MVD为13.7±4.7,明显少于无钙化组(20.9±5.8)。囊变与MVD无明显相关性。结论 星形细胞瘤瘤内CT征象,如密度、钙化、坏死等征象在判断肿瘤新生血管方面有一定的价值。Objective To study the correlation between inside CT features and microvessel density (MVD) of astrocytoma, and evaluate the CT assessment of tumor neovascularization. Methods The MVD was evaluated by SP immunohistochemical technique in 52 cases with astrocytoma proved by pathology. The correlation of tumor MVD with CT features of inside of astrocytoma was analyzed. Results The pathologic grading of astrocytoma was positively correlated with its MVD. MVD were significantly correlated with tumor heterogenous or hyper-density and necrosis(P < 0.01), but not with the cystic degeneration. MVD were significantly lower in the group with calcification (13. 7±4. 7) than the group without calcification (20.9±5.8) (P < 0, 01 ) . Conclusion These results indicate that the CT features of inside of astrocytoma, including density, calcification, necrosis can predicate tumor neovascularization.
